Your password must be at least 4 but nor more than 12 characters in length.
It may be any combination of alphabetic (A-Z) and numeric (0-9) characters (spaces and symbol are not accepted)
You can change your password at any time from the main MY ACCOUNT screen. The initial password is the last four digits of your account number, before the decimal point, if there is a decimal point.
